Term & Policy

We believe the more you know about what we are offering and what you are buying, the less you will worry about. So please review carefully before making any payment. By making the payment, you are deemed to agree with all our Term & Policy.


(1) Item Condition:
(a) Condition is stated in the item description. If item you received is not the same as we agreed, notify us within 7 days of the delivery, we will issue a return and refund, or make other arrangement.
(b) We provide optional professional after-market upgrade to some items, which may change the original condition of the items. Please be aware if you request an upgrade.


(2) Shipping and Handling:
(a) We ship to confirmed US/Canada billing address ONLY.
(b) We use USPS as our carrier. Other carriers can be arranged with extra shipping fee. We use our own shipping account only.
(c) Default shipping fee is for US Continental using Parcel Mail or Priority Mail. Upgrade Express Mail (next business day delivery) for extra $50. Please ask for a quote for other regions.
(d) We promise prompt handling for all shipping method. Handling time stated with each item does not include weekend and national holidays and it only counts after payment is confirmed.
(e) No insurance coverage unless requested. Extra cost depends on the insured value.


(3) Payment:
(a) We accept Paypal or Google checkout only. Bank wire transfer payment can be arranged for long term customer only.
(b) Your shipping address must be confirmed billing address. No exception. Thanks for understanding.
(c) It may take a few hours to confirm a Paypal or Google checkout payment after it's made. Payment confirmed after 3PM PST is considered made at the next day.
(d) We recommend you to provide a phone number as the note with the payment. This is used sololy for carrier to contact you in special case, absolutely no spam call.


(4) Return & Warranty:
To earn your confidence of shopping with us, we provide a 7-day period for full refund if for some reason item your receive does not match to our description. You must contact us to obtain a RA number before returning the package.

We can not accept return in all other circumstances, such as item performance problem. Please address those problems directly with the manufacture (DELL, HP and etc). We will be happy to provide any help you need.

If under extreme situation and you insiste of a return, a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply. Please let me know before making any order if you have any question. Thank you!


(5) Customer Service:
Although we try our best before sealing the deal with you, things may happen. No matter what goes wrong, we are standing here to help. Send us email and we shall reply within 2~3 business days.
